Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Kilvenqahub's financial planning subscription services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kilvenqahub regarding your use of our investment planning and wealth management services.

Definitions

For the purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Service": Refers to Kilvenqahub's financial planning subscription, investment guidance, portfolio management tools, and related wealth management services.
• "User" or "You": Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our financial planning services.
• "Content": Includes all financial advice, investment recommendations, educational materials, tools, and information provided through our platform.
• "Account": Your registered user account providing access to personalized financial planning services and portfolio management tools.

Use of Service

Our financial planning subscription service is provided for legitimate investment planning and wealth management purposes only.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our financial planning services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information for planning purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials
• Use our investment guidance responsibly and in accordance with your risk tolerance
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your financial situation or goals

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our service:

• Sharing account access with unauthorized third parties
• Using our service for illegal financial activities or money laundering
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with our financial planning algorithms
• Reproducing or distributing our proprietary investment research without permission
• Using our service to provide unlicensed financial advice to others

Intellectual Property Rights

All financial planning methodologies, investment algorithms, educational content, and software tools are the proprietary property of Kilvenqahub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms and Billing

Financial planning subscription fees are billed according to the following terms:

• Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• All fees are quoted in South African Rand and exclude applicable VAT
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access to financial planning services

Service Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Kilvenqahub reserves the right to immediately terminate access for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, access to personalized financial planning tools and portfolio data will be discontinued.

Service Disclaimers

Our financial planning service is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee investment performance or financial outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Kilvenqahub and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our financial planning services, investment recommendations, or wealth management guidance.

Kilvenqahub's liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

User Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kilvenqahub from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our financial planning services, investment decisions made based on our guidance, or violations of applicable financial regulations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by South African law, and any disputes will be resolved in South African courts with jurisdiction in Cape Town.

Modifications to Terms

Kilvenqahub may modify these terms with 30 days notice to users via email or website announcement.

Continued use of our financial planning services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
